This is for people that are not 24/7 at the gym because they don’t have time or just because they feel bad not knowing what machine to use or what exercises to do. Many times happened to me to sing up for a membership, thinking that I will get motivated if I go to a place where I can work out by watching others, trying to guess what exercise will work for abs, or legs or any other muscle. Thank God some machines have pictures that shows you what to do. But when I found this video, made me realize that I can work out anywhere knowing and understanding muscle without being a fitness instructor.
