TeamB Logistics LLC follows the safe harbor provisions of 17 USC. § 512, otherwise known as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). As such, we will respond to written notification of copyright infringements in accordance with the DMCA. If you believe your copyrighted material is being infringed on our Website, please contact us immediately.

How to Report Copyright Infringement to TeamB Logistics:

In order for us to respond to a claim that your intellectual policy has been stolen, you must provide us notice in a form that substantively complies with the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA. Your notice of claimed infringement must be a written and include ALL of the following:

A.) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
B.) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works, a representative list of such works.
C.) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
D.) Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you such as an address, telephone number, and if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.
E.) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized.
F.) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please note that if you do not provide a written notice that meets these elements, we will not honor your request and are not required by law to do so.

TeamB Logistics Response to Copyright infringement:

Once our legal department receives a legal letter of grievance It is our Company’s policy to:
A.) Remove the infringing material from our website

B.) Notify the content provider, member or user that it has removed from our website;

C.) Repeat offenders will have the infringing material removed from our website and TeamB Logistics LLC will terminate the content provider.

Procedure to Supply a Counter-Notice to Persons/Entity Violated:

After TeamB Logistics receives notification of a copyright infringement and we remove the alleged material from our site following the procedures listed above we will provide a counter notice to the person(s)/entity that filed the grievance. In the counter notice we will provide:

A.) A physical or electronic signature of the content provider, member or user;

B.) Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;

C.) A statement that the content provider did not intentionally mean to steal your intellectual property and that the incident was a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material;

D.) Content provider’s address, telephone number, e-mail address and a statement that such person or entity consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which the content provider’s is living in, and that the offender will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
If you receive a counter-notice from our company from our designated agent, we will be informing you that the material may be replaced and/or removed in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member or user, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at Company’s discretion.
