The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife sent a letter to Larry and Amanda Anderson asking if they could do a survey of foothill yellow-legged frogs on the couple’s property. They said go for it, but with a few conditions, conditions that may look familiar to anyone who has ever applied for a hunting license or an invasive species permit with the ODFW. Source: Oregon Live
