Three passersby motorists spotted a car that skidded off the road in Catawba County, North Carolina and tried to help. When the stranded driver, who was intoxicated, overheard the three saying they were going to call police for assistance, he opened fire on them, killing one. The driver, Marvin Jacob Lee, 27, (pictured above) was apprehended in is vehicle and charged with the murder of Jefferson Heavner, 26.
