Judge Loses Composure During Sentencing

As Jackson County Circuit Judge John McBain begins to sentence Camia Gamet, 31, for the murder of Marcel Hill, he can’t help getting enthusiastically emotional. He had much to say before handing down a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole. Watch as he says “You gutted him like a fish in that apartment”, and “You were relentless. You stabbed, you stabbed, you stabbed, you stabbed, you stabbed until he was dead. I agree with the family, I hope you die in prison as well. You know, if this was a death penalty state, you’d be getting the chair.”
