This is additional footage of the ‘Bikes Up, Guns Down’ rally, held on MLK Day in South Florida. Authorities did, in fact, manage to stop a few motorcyclists and ATV riders to issue citations. One motorcyclist was injured when his cycle collided with a car. The annual rally, although billed as peaceful, caused headaches for drivers in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
