The Silfra Fissure is really a crack between the North American and Eurasian continents. The underwater visibility in the Silfra fissure is over 100 meters, and the water is extremely cold. The entire area is comprised of Silfra Big Crack, Silfra Hall, Silfra Cathedral, and Silfra Lagoon.
