Russian President, Vladimir Putin on Wednesday said that he is open to the use of nuclear weapons against the Islamic states. State’s press services claimed that the President, Putin and the Minister of Defence Sergei Shoigu had a meeting in which they discussed launching missiles with nuclear tips on strategic positions to hit the Islamic State.
Putin was told that the conventional kalibr missiles had already been fired and the president added that they could be tipped with nuclear warhead, although he wishes and hopes that they don’t.
The kalibrs haven proven to be effective for modern usage it is known that these weapons can be used both conventionally and specially; the nuclear way. Hopefully ISIS will be curbed without the need for nuclear weapons.
